What does LuasLink actually do?
We provide Managed Event Internet using Fiber, Starlink VSAT and 5G. We handle everything end-to-end — design, setup, testing and monitoring.
Where do you provide coverage?
We cover Peninsular Malaysia.
Indoor venues use Fiber; outdoor / remote events use Starlink VSAT & 5G.
What types of events do you support?

  • Livestreams, esports & media events
As long as your event needs reliable Internet, we can support it.
What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are fixed and strictly enforced:

  • 50% upon confirmation
  • 50% before the event starts
These terms ensure that your equipment, event date, and support team are fully secured and allocated exclusively for your event.
We won’t charge for internet or equipment utilization on the setup day. However, any rehearsal day after the setup will be charged at the same rate as the event day
Is on-site support compulsory?
No, on-site support is optional.
We monitor your network remotely in real time.

However:
⚠️ Remote monitoring can’t fix power outages or physical issues like unplugged cables.
For critical events, having onsite support team is highly recommended.
Can we rent equipment only?
Yes, equipment-only rental is allowed.

But it’s better if our team handles setup because:
  • Network will be optimised
  • Setup is faster & cleaner
  • We troubleshoot immediately if anything happens
  • You save time and avoid mistakes
Do all packages include a backup link?
Yes — every package includes a 5G backup link, even the 5G package.

The 5G backup prevents total downtime and keeps essential services running.
It’s not meant to fully replace the main Fiber/VSAT link for heavy usage.
Can you combine Fiber, Starlink and 5G?
Yes. We often use hybrid setups:
  • Fiber as main line
  • Starlink & 5G as backup or dedicated segments
This gives maximum stability & redundancy.
What if the venue already has WiFi?
No problem.
Venue WiFi is usually not stable when the crowd increases.
We can add a dedicated line or blend both into a hybrid setup.
