What does LuasLink actually do?
We provide Managed Event Internet using Fiber, Starlink VSAT and 5G. We handle everything end-to-end — design, setup, testing and monitoring for your event.
Where do you provide coverage?
We cover Peninsular Malaysia.
Indoor venues usually use Fiber, while outdoor or remote locations use Starlink VSAT & 5G.
What types of events do you support?

As long as your event needs reliable Internet, we can support it.
How early should I book?
Ideally 1–2 weeks before your event, especially for large halls or stadiums.

For urgent events, just WhatsApp us and we’ll check equipment and crew availability — we do last-minute deployments whenever possible.
What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are fixed and strictly enforced:

  • 50% upon confirmation
  • 50% before the event starts
Notes:
  • Setup includes delivery & collection within KL/Selangor.
  • Outstation travel: RM 0.50/km + tolls (if applicable)
  • Outstation accommodation: RM 250/night (if applicable)
These terms ensure that your equipment, event date, and support team are fully secured and allocated exclusively for your event.

We won’t charge for Internet or equipment utilisation on the setup day.
However, any rehearsal day after the setup day will be charged at the same rate as the event day.
Can your Internet support livestream and POS at the same time?
Yes. Most of our designs are specifically built for that: livestream, media, POS terminals, registration and exhibitors sharing the same network with proper planning. We allocate bandwidth and segment traffic so critical services stay stable.
Do all packages include a backup link?
Yes — every full package includes a 5G backup link, even the 5G package.

The backup is there to prevent total downtime and keep essential services running if the main line has issues. It’s not meant to permanently replace the main Fiber/VSAT line under heavy load, but it keeps your event online while we troubleshoot.
What happens if the main Internet link goes down?
Your full package will automatically fall back to the backup 5G link so that POS, ticketing and basic connectivity can continue.

We will explain clearly how the redundancy is set up in your venue and which services are prioritised during failover, so you know what to expect if something happens.
Is on-site support compulsory?
No, on-site support is optional.
We monitor your network remotely in real time.

However:
⚠️ Remote monitoring cannot fix power outages or physical issues like unplugged cables.
For important events (VIP, media coverage, mission-critical usage), having an on-site support team is strongly recommended.
Can we rent equipment only?
Yes, equipment-only rental is allowed.

But it’s usually better if our team handles setup because:
  • The network will be properly designed and optimised
  • Setup is faster & cleaner
  • We can troubleshoot immediately if anything happens
  • You save time and avoid configuration mistakes
Can you combine Fiber, Starlink and 5G?
Yes. We often use hybrid setups such as:
  • Fiber as the main line
  • Starlink as backup or for specific segments (e.g. media, livestream)
  • 5G as an additional backup or for roaming/remote devices
This gives maximum stability and redundancy for high-risk events.
What if the venue already has WiFi?
No problem.
Venue WiFi is usually not stable once the crowd increases, especially when everyone starts streaming, uploading and using POS.

We can:
  • Add a dedicated line only for your event operations
  • Or blend both into a hybrid setup where we manage capacity properly
What do you need from our team?
Typically we’ll need:
  • A stable power source
  • A secure spot for equipment
  • Setup access before the event starts
  • One PIC (person-in-charge) to coordinate with us
