Tell us date, time, venue, programme rundown and where you want to stream (FB, YT, TikTok, internal platform, etc.).
Step 2
We propose camera & MCP setup
We recommend 1-cam / 2-cam / 3-cam, MCP workflow and crew count. If needed, we include LuasLink Internet in the same proposal.
Step 3
Pre-event tech check
We do a quick checklist: graphics, logos, lower-thirds, slide inputs, test stream and network test (especially if using our Internet).
Step 4
Show day: go live
Our team handles switching, audio, graphics and monitoring. You focus on content and programme — we focus on the technical side.

If you’re new to livestreaming, these answers will give you a quick picture of what’s involved.

Do I need my own Internet for livestream?
If your venue has stable dedicated Internet and allows us to use it, we can tap into that. Otherwise, we strongly recommend bundling LuasLink Internet so we have full control over the connection and backup.
What is the difference between 1-cam, 2-cam and 3-cam?
1-cam is usually a single angle covering the main stage. 2-cam allows wide + close-up or audience shots for better storytelling. 3-cam is for more dynamic events (performances, big panels, concerts) where we want multiple perspectives and cutaways.
Can you stream to multiple platforms at once?
Yes. We can send the vMix output to multiple platforms (e.g. Facebook & YouTube) or to a custom RTMP destination. Just let us know your preferred platforms and access details early.
Can we get a recording after the event?
Yes. We can record the programme in high quality from vMix and provide the file after the event. If you need edited highlight or social media cutdowns, we can discuss add-on editing services.
